Privacy

This website currently collects only the information a visitor voluntarily enters into an inquiry form: name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, and message. Inquiry routing is not yet connected, and submissions are not transmitted or stored by the institution at this stage.

Once inquiry routing is enabled, information will be used solely to respond to the inquiry, to route it to the responsible office, and — where explicitly requested — to send institutional and launch updates.

PROMACHOS does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers acting on the institution's instructions under contract, and disclosed where required by law.

Inquiry records will be retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were submitted. Requests to access, correct, or delete information may be made through the contact page.
