Safety

All training is instructor-led, supervised, and progressive. Participants train within defined intensity and skill parameters, and instructors are responsible for the safety of every session they conduct.

Hazing, humiliation, harassment, discrimination, and uncontrolled aggression are prohibited. Conduct standards apply equally to members, instructors, and staff.

Injuries and safety incidents will be reported, recorded, and reviewed through the institution's incident reporting process, and findings will inform curriculum and facility revision.

Facilities are intended to maintain medical response capability appropriate to the activities conducted there, including trained responders and accessible emergency equipment.
