We publish method before conclusion
No review is released without a stated search strategy, inclusion criteria, and evidence grading. A conclusion without a method is an opinion.
We publish what we did not find
Null results, contested literature, and weak evidence are reported as such. Where the field disagrees, PROMACHOS presents the disagreement rather than the more convenient side.
We do not sell findings
No PROMACHOS review is sponsored by a manufacturer, and no product is endorsed by the Research Office. Instruction is not marketed on the authority of research that does not support it.
We state our limits
PROMACHOS has not yet produced original data. Everything in the Library is external, peer-reviewed literature, curated and summarised. Nothing on this page is presented as PROMACHOS evidence.
